    We customize equipment layout plans, machine foundation drawings and batching plant layout according to your factory site.
  3. Raw material test & sample block production
     
    Clients may send raw aggregates to our factory for free molding tests. We provide finished block samples, test videos and production parameter reports of the block production line.
  4. Detailed technical proposal & formal quotation
     
    We offer clear quotations with full configuration lists of vibration motor, hydraulic cylinder, mold frame, feeding hopper, mixing system and electrical control cabinet, along with machine overall dimensions and power consumption data with no hidden fees.
  5. Factory inspection arrangement
     
    We arrange airport pick-up and accommodation for customers visiting our workshop to witness assembly, shot blasting and real machine trial running.
  6. Container loading & logistics solution
     
    We calculate loading volume for 20GP / 40HQ containers, list spare parts packing scheme and estimate ocean freight for your reference.

 

After-sales Support

  1. Complete English technical documents
     
    Full sets of operation manuals, maintenance handbooks, hydraulic diagrams, electrical circuit drawings, mold replacement guides and wear parts catalogs are delivered together with each block machine.
  2. Remote online technical guidance
     
    Our engineers provide video call support for assembly, wiring, hydraulic system debugging, vibration parameter adjustment, mixer operation and operator training of the block production line.
  3. Overseas on-site commissioning service
     
    We can dispatch professional field technicians to your plant for machine installation, mold trial molding, production line commissioning and worker skill training (buyer covers flight tickets, accommodation and local transportation costs).
  4. Long-term supply of original spare parts
     
    We keep sufficient stock of core components: vibration box, imported bearing, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, conveyor belt, mixing blade, block mold, PLC touch screen, frequency converter and Indramat / servo motors. All spare parts are supplied at factory cost with fast delivery.
  5. Global 12-month warranty
     
    Main machine frame, vibration system, drive motors and Siemens PLC control system enjoy a 1-year warranty counting from the date of shipment. Warranty excludes quick-wear parts and damage caused by improper operation or man-made faults.
  6. Lifetime free technical service
     
    Even after the warranty period expires, our technical team provides permanent free guidance for equipment failure troubleshooting, formula adjustment of concrete raw materials, output boosting and production line optimization.
  7. Equipment reconstruction & upgrade service
